Warning Matahari Super Condo’s in Trouble?
We have strong reason to believe that this luxury upmarket residential development in Desa Sri Hartamas is experiencing financial difficulties. While this does not mean the development will not be completed we would advise prospective buyers to proceed with caution.
This low density development was launched with much fanfare and the high prices (over RM3 million per unit) were justified by their size and the fact there are only 158 apartments on just over 5 acres of land. It seems the prices may have been a little too high to attract sufficient buyers.
